Growing Into New Roles
Caleb Munski officially transitioned from his role as an Assurance Efficiency Center Coordinator to a Staff Analyst. His time in the Efficiency Center taught him how teams operate behind the scenes and how collaboration and small improvements can make a big impact. Caleb credits mentors who challenged and guided him along the way.
Kristi Wigton shared her transformative journey from Administrative Assistant to Efficiency Center Manager. Her team’s mission to assist engagement teams, streamline efficiencies, and inspire collaboration show how skill development drives both individual and organizational success.
These two stories demonstrate how taking on new roles allows team members to expand their impact, continue learning, and contribute in meaningful ways.
Achieving New Milestones
Nicholas Nosbisch, Staff Accountant, proudly earned his CPA certification after a journey defined by persistence, support, and steady progress. He credits colleagues, mentors, family, and faith for helping him reach this goal. His key takeaway: focus on small wins, celebrate progress, and savor each moment.
Another Staff Accountant, Maddie Thorne, also successfully passed all four parts of the CPA exam. Her story is one of resilience, discipline, and perseverance, showing how effort and mentorship can lead to meaningful professional growth.
Madelaine Grinder, Administrative Professional, celebrated earning her New York State Notary Certificate, a milestone achieved with support from mentors and teammates.
Together, these accomplishments reflect the hard work and determination of our team members, supported by a culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Reflecting & Paying It Forward
Mallory Lidsky, Principal, Advisory, reflected on mentorship, remote work, and the value of giving back to others. After seven years with the firm, her focus is on becoming a mentor for the next generation, supporting growth across the team while continuing her own journey.
Investing in Early Talent
Our University Recruiting Manager, Rachel Pasternak, highlighted the Spring Intern Orientation, celebrating the culmination of months of preparation through recruiting, onboarding, and training. She emphasized the importance of creating a strong foundation for interns while staying connected beyond their internship experience.
Seeing interns step confidently into their roles, and watching former interns transition into staff positions, reinforces the value of early talent development and investing in the next generation of professionals. For Rachel, moments like these are incredibly rewarding and underscore why mentorship and structured learning programs are essential to keeping the firm’s programs strong and relevant.
Across the firm, these stories demonstrate that learning and development are active, ongoing, and embedded in everyday work. From mentorship and formal programs to professional milestones and internal growth opportunities, our people are continuously building the skills that support our clients, each other, and the firm’s future.
