In his role as General Counsel and Secretary, Armando serves as the firm’s chief legal officer with responsibility for management and oversight of the firm’s legal affairs. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
Armando earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, his JD from Harvard Law School, and his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Outside the office, Armando enjoys reading and spending time with family.
