Debbie Zarzycki serves as the firm’s Director of Tax/SBA Training, where she leads the strategic vision, design, and execution of training and professional development initiatives across two service lines. Partnering closely with firm leadership, she identifies evolving technical and professional skill gaps and develops scalable learning strategies that strengthen performance, enhance talent pipelines, and support long-term business objectives. With more than 30 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and their related small businesses, Debbie brings deep technical expertise and operational leadership to her role. Her transition from client service to internal leadership has positioned her to drive firmwide improvements in learning, process consistency, and staff development while advancing innovation, standardization, and the integration of people, processes, and technology.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends and living an active lifestyle. She is married and has two sons. In her free time, she enjoys long walks, kayaking, and traveling to new destinations, along with cooking, entertaining, and exploring local wineries and breweries. On any given weekend, she can often be found outdoors, planning her next trip, or hosting loved ones at home.
