Heather is a Principal with our Compliance Solutions Division and has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and non-profit settings. Heather has served as Director of Quality Assurance, Associate Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement, Employment Coordinator, and Direct Support Professional for organizations regulated by OPWDD and the Department of Health. Heather brings extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance, Incident Management, HIPAA, and policy and procedure development.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys concerts, reading, staying active, and spending time outdoors. Whether connecting with nature or enjoying time with her husband, she appreciates the moments that help her recharge and stay balanced.
