Joe works in the firm’s Assurance Division and has over 20 years of experience in public and corporate accounting, providing consulting, auditing, and accounting services to state and local governments, not-for-profit organizations, colleges and universities, school districts, and BOCES. He is knowledgeable in federal and state compliance and reporting requirements, GASB pronouncements, the NYS Public Authorities Accountability Act, and the design of internal control systems over financial reporting and compliance.
Joe’s hobbies include Red Sox games, visits to Dewey Beach, Delaware, and coaching baseball.
