Katie serves as the Director of A&C Operations at The Bonadio Group, supporting the Advisory & Consulting Service Line through leadership of scheduling, productivity, training initiatives, workforce planning, and key systems. She collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, deliver exceptional client service, and create meaningful professional development opportunities for employees.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, solving puzzles, and listening to music.
