R.J. has over 23 years of experience creating innovative tax strategies for multinational clients. He advises companies on acquisitions, restructurings, and debt financings and analyzes the tax and tax accounting implications of tax reform legislation and regulations. R.J. is responsible for federal and state income tax compliance for multiple entities, including multistate consolidated groups, LLCs, and partnerships. He counsels clients on ASC 740 Accounting for Income Tax matters and on IRS/state audits.
R.J. lives in Grand Island with his wife, Terri, and three children. He enjoys playing golf and attending his kid's sporting events in his free time.
