Rich joined the firm as a Principal in the Dallas office in connection with the Howard, LLP merger. He is responsible for audits, reviews, and compilations in our assurance practice. Rich has previously served at other firms in the following positions: Senior Manager (“Big-4”), Audit Partner, Office Managing Partner, Quality Control Director, and Director of Financial Reporting. His expertise includes performing assurance practice EQR reviews and private industry SEC financial reporting.
Rich has enjoyed living on all three U.S. coasts and has developed many friendships throughout his career. His pride and joy is his son, who resides in Colorado with his wife. Rich enjoys family visits with his son and wife, as well as his brother, sister-in-law, and two nieces in New England. He also enjoys baseball, football, national and local news, pop/soul music, legal dramas, and indoor cycling classes.
