Kelley DeMonte CPA - Partner
Kelley is a partner in the firm's Healthcare and Tax Exempt division. She works on numerous tax-exempt, government and healthcare engagements, as well as employee benefit plans. Her primary area of expertise is accounting and auditing for long term care clients and other tax-exempt organizations. She is well versed in the unique accounting, reporting and other regulatory matters affecting tax-exempt and government health care entities. Kelley works closely with her clients with not only their auditing and tax reporting needs but spends much of her time reviewing and negotiating managed care contracts and assisting with Executive Order 38 compliance. She regularly speaks at local and regional conferences on matters specific to the long term care arena and is considered an expert in the field.
Prior to joining Bonadio in 2008, Kelley worked with Paychex, Inc. and prior to that with a regional firm in Rochester, where her primary focus was on healthcare engagements. Kelley received her BS degree in accounting from SUNY Brockport.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Treasurer for Exploration Elementary Charter School, and is an active member of the Rochester Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association, where she serves as co-chair on the education committee.
