The Bonadio Group Announces Executive Appointments & Several Leadership Roles to Support Strategic Transformation

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (May 1, 2023) – The Bonadio Group, nationally ranked Top 50 CPA firm and the largest independent provider of professional services in Upstate New York, has announced the appointment of Michael (Mike) Parrinello as Chief Growth Officer and Kristen Clark as Chief Risk Officer, along with over a dozen additional appointments of industry veterans into key strategic leadership roles. The appointments are a part of a greater transformation of the firm’s operating structure to best serve client’s evolving needs and drive exponential business growth.

In addition to Parrinello’ s and Clark’s promotions, the firm has determined leaders for each of its primary service lines, key industries, and regional offices to ensure the continued success and effective performance of its specialized teams.

Executive Roles Pave Way for Continued Growth & Excellence

Mike Parrinello, Chief Growth Officer

    Current Partner Mike Parrinello steps into the new role of Chief Growth Officer, leading the expansion of Bonadio’s service offerings and driving the firm’s growth strategy. A member of the firm’s Management Committee, Mike is the former leader of the Firm’s Advisory and Commercial Practices, offering assurance and strategic consulting services from analysis to execution, driving profitability, increasing efficiencies, mitigating risk, and improving operations. Mike will be responsible for the oversight of all Service Line and Industry leaders.

      Kristen Clark, Chief Risk Officer

        Kristen Clark, an industry veteran and first-ever female partner at The Bonadio Group, assumes the role of Chief Risk Officer (CRO). As CRO, Clark will oversee risk management, quality of deliverables, and staff education firmwide to ensure the maintenance of client trust and satisfaction. Clark has served The Bonadio Group for decades in various leadership positions including Management Committee Member, Syracuse Office Managing Partner, and leader of the firm’s Professional Excellence Division
