Chelsea leads business development and client acquisition within the Healthcare Industry, overseeing geographic expansion, client service strategies, and healthcare-related revenue while partnering collaboratively to optimize client profitability. Working exclusively with healthcare organizations since 2009, she provides professional consulting services solely to the healthcare sector and is recognized as an expert in healthcare reimbursement and regulatory matters, with deep knowledge across all facets of healthcare delivery systems. Chelsea stays current on industry trends, technical developments, and strategic business objectives, and is actively involved in healthcare industry associations as well as a frequent presenter at industry conferences.
Outside of the office, Chelsea’s hobbies in the spring and summer are golfing and boating on Keuka Lake with her family, while her hobbies in the fall and winter consist of watching college and NFL football, downhill skiing, and reading a mystery novel curled up under a blanket. Chelsea volunteers as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester and enjoys spending quality time with her “little sister.”
